Our Founder - Aimée

Aimée is a passionate dance teacher and studio owner whose journey began with the inspiration of an exceptional mentor. From a young age, she pursued teacher training alongside her own dance training, igniting a lifelong dedication to dance education.

Through running her own studios, Aimée recognised the challenge of finding truly exceptional dance teachers. Too often, skilled dancers are expected to step into teaching roles without the necessary training - because teaching is a completely different skill set. Many aspiring teachers come from full-time dance or performance backgrounds but lack classroom experience.

Driven to bridge this gap, Aimée is committed to creating a space where dance teachers can learn, grow, and gain the skills they need to lead with confidence. She is especially passionate about mentoring new teachers and championing safe, effective dance practices to elevate the standard of dance education.
